Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit or debit card payment. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling Handling Orders over £10 are sent postage free in UK. Orders under £10.00 for UK, and all orders and outside UK, postage will be charged at standard postal rates, which is dependent on weight, with a minimum charge of £3.

Returns Policy Goods may be exchanged where necessary (eg different size) but must be returned unused, and in original packaging, within one week of receipt. Please contact us before returning any items to ensure that a suitable alternative is available. All return and resend postage charges for exchange goods must be borne by the customer. Please note that our sizing details are an indication only, and we cannot guarantee the correct fitting of clothes or shoes. If you need to discuss, contact us by phone and we will do our best to assist you.
Delivery Schedule We despatch as quickly as possible. We will normally send your order same day - if items are not available, we will advise you of expected despatch date. International orders are generally received in under 14 days, although this cannot be guaranteed.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges 17.5% VAT is included where applicable.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. We will exchange any items purchased if not suitable, although postage in these cases must be added.

Privacy Policy Footlights Dance & Stagewear do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.
Returns Policy Footlights will accept the return of goods which are not suitable and will either exchange or refund. However, goods must be returned within 7 days of despatch and be in perfect condition with the original packaging. Please enclose the original invoice with the goods and indicate on that what you want. You may also contact us tio discuss.
Upon receipt of goods we will:

For refund: credit your card with the cost, less postage and administration costs (min £5)

For exchange: alternative goods will be despatched as soon as possible. Postage will be charged (min £3) for replacement goods.

When returning goods, please enclose invoice and send using recorded delivery. Please note that proof of postage cannot be used as proof of receipt.
